How accurate are your data?

We're using our proprietary text AI (artificial intelligence) algorithms to identify, monitor, and gather relevant, aggregated, and public information from news articles, websites, press releases, regulatory filings, etc., so our data are mainly drawn from many different sources on the internet.

As a result, we do encounter issues with our source data which we've not yet detected, and data in very complex formats which may become errors in our database.

Currently, we can't promise you that our data quality is perfect because our data may not be entirely completed, updated, or accurate. If you noticed a data issue, please contact our Support Team and we'll fix it immediately.

Therefore, we sincerely ask for your patience as we're constantly training and enhancing our text AI algorithms to retrieve both structured and unstructured data, validate data relevancy, and verify data accuracy.  

It's our goal to offer you high quality data, reliable solutions, and attentive services.

Please note that we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of our data provided, so you'd need to independently verify the information. Nevertheless, we encourage you to check the accuracy of the information before its use.
