We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to the need for a refund, and we are committed to address such situations with transparency and fairness.

With our roiquant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ABI solution, also known as our digital solution offering, we are committed in offering top quality products and services to earn your trust in our brand.

Below, you will find our refund policy is designed to ensure that your concerns are handled efficiently in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and ongoing support in roiquant as your trusted SaaS ABI (Analytics & Business Intelligence) solution.

General refund policy

Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below regarding our refund policy. By purchasing our roiquant subscription plan, you explicitly agree to adhere to this refund policy.

Due to the nature of roiquant's data and information being digital content, and our cloud-based SaaS ABI solution being a digital product, we unfortunately do not offer refunds once given access.

Reason being, once a subscription plan order is made and paid for, you will be immediately given access to our roiquant SaaS ABI platform (digital solution offering) to consume our data and information (digital content). Therefore, we do not process refunds.

SaaS ABI is a delivery model that offers business intelligence tools and services through a Software-as-a-Service framework. The revolutionary impact of SaaS ABI lies in its utilization of cloud-based software solutions for data analysis. (DoubleCloud, 2023)

Monthly subscriptions

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled.

At any time, you may cancel by yourself or notify us of your intent to cancel, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund.

However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Annual subscriptions

When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled.

At any time, you may cancel by yourself or notify us of your intent to cancel, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the annual term.

However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

Renewals

Before the renewal of your annual subscription, we will send you a renewal reminder emailfifteen (15) days in advance – before the renewal charge is processed.

If you want to avoid a charge from automatic renewals, you can modify or cancel your subscription plan at any time before the automatic renewal charge date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our self-serve subscription billing management solution (powered by Stripe) automatically renew roiquant customers' subscription plans at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually), unless they cancelled before the renewal charge date (by at least one day prior), as listed in the Billing Overview (customer billing portal) setting.

Monthly plans renew for 30-day periods. Annual plans renew for one-year periods. You must pay the annual or monthly subscription fee when each renewal period starts.

Unless you modify or cancel your subscription plan by yourself, or notify us that you want to cancel and do not want to automatically renew your subscription plan, before a renewal charge is processed, you understand that your roiquant subscription will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee, and taxes (if any), using any eligible payment method we have on record for you.

Modify subscriptions

If you cancelled your subscription plan during the ongoing billing period, the effective cancellation date will be the next billing date (at the end of the billing statement date). This means that you will no longer be billed the next time and will have until that date to use roiquant SaaS ABI.

If you downgraded your subscription plan during the ongoing billing period, the effective downgrade date will be the next billing date (at the end of the billing statement date). This means that you will be billed the next time for the downgraded subscription plan, and will have until that date to use roiquant with the current subscription plan. The downgraded subscription plan will go into effect on the next billing period.

If you upgraded your subscription plan during the ongoing billing period, the effective upgrade date is immediate and you will be billed for the upgraded subscription plan from thereon.

All payments are non-refundable

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, all payments made are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, or for unused roiquant content and/or SaaS ABI services, or if you mistakenly purchased a roiquant subscription plan with monthly billing instead of annual billing to claim the benefits from our partners' perks program, or you found no value in using roiquant SaaS ABI solution after you have redeemed our partners' perks, or forgotten to cancel your subscription plan before the automatic renewal charge date, or found a similar and/or cheaper product elsewhere, or if you simply “changed your mind”.

Additionally, given the affordable pricing of our roiquant SaaS ABI subscription plans and services, we are unable to accommodate refunds for customers' errors.

Acceptance of this refund policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing a subscription plan order for any of our roiquant products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

If you do not fully agree with or accept the terms laid out in this refund policy, please do not place a subscription plan order with us.

Changes to this refund policy

We reserve the right to make any changes to this refund policy at our full discretion. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our websites, web-apps, newsletters, and social media with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices. By using our roiquant SaaS ABI solution, you agree to this refund policy and our terms of service.

Roiquant, Inc. reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time by indicating revisions through the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this refund policy. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
