- {% underline %}Standard subscription plan was removed{% /underline %}

  - We **removed the {% underline %}Standard plan{% /underline %}** from our subscription plans offering

    - Some features from the previous {% underline %}Standard plan{% /underline %} will soon be offered in our {% underline %}Free plan{% /underline %}

- {% underline %}Monthly billing cycle was removed{% /underline %}

  - We **removed the monthly billing cycle** for subscription payments

  - All subscription plans will now be **billed and paid in yearly billing cycle**

    - E.g., our {% underline %}Premium plan{% /underline %} will be billed for yearly payment at **{% underline %}US$300{% /underline %}**

      - In other words, our {% underline %}Premium plan{% /underline %} cost {% underline %}US$25{% /underline %} *per month*, which will be **billed annually at {% underline %}US$300{% /underline %}**

- {% underline %}AWS Activate Provider account and Org IDs were on pause for the 2026 update{% /underline %}

  - Due to the **periodic updates of AWS Activate program and policy**, our 2 credits packages’ (*US$5,000 and US$10,000*) Org IDs were **{% underline %}on pause{% /underline %}** while our AWS Activate Provider account underwent necessary updates

    - As a result, we **{% underline %}couldn’t{% /underline %}** process any new redemption from new customers, as well as re-application requests from existing customers

**On {% underline %}13 June 2026{% /underline %}, the following event happened:**

- {% underline %}AWS Activate Provider account got reactivated and Org IDs are active after the 2026 update{% /underline %}

  - Due to the **2026 AWS Activate program and policy updates**, our 2 credits packages’ (*US$5,000 and US$10,000*) Org IDs are now **active** as our {% highlight%}AWS Activate Provider collaboration got [**renewed**](https://www.roiquant.com/partners-perks/aws-activate){% /highlight %}

    - We now **{% underline %}can{% /underline %}** process all new redemption from new customers, as well as re-application requests from existing customers

## Why it matters?

**The 'why'**: 

- {% underline %}Standard subscription plan and monthly billing cycle were removed{% /underline %}

  - After much deliberation, we decided to **simplify our pricing model** (*re: billing cycle*) **and subscription plans offering**

    - This decision was made primarily to prepare for the upcoming releases of our financial solutions and how they will be {% underline %}charged{% /underline %}

  - Therefore, we currently offer the following subscription plans:

    - **{% underline %}Free plan{% /underline %}**

    - **{% underline %}Premium plan{% /underline %}**

  - Our {% underline %}Enterprise plan{% /underline %} is still a *work-in-progress* and will be available in due course

- {% underline %}AWS Activate Provider account and Org IDs are active after the 2026 AWS Activate program and policy updates{% /underline %}

  - Each time AWS Startups update their AWS Activate program and policy, there will be **significant changes** that may affect the ***status of Activate Providers’ Org IDs***, as well as their ***collaboration scope***

    - E.g., *credits packages may no longer be available for certain Activate Providers*, or *there may be new credits packages available for certain Activate Providers*, or *certain companies may no longer be eligible to collaborate as Activate Providers*, or *the Org IDs will be renewed with new codes*, etc.

      - However, many of our early stage startups didn’t benefit from this big credits package due to low computational needs
