For 6 years, we kept our pricing **as affordable as possible** – *we still do*.

- New price: **{% highlight%}US$300{% /highlight %}** per year for 1 user (*equivalent: US$25 per month*)

- Old price: {% underline %}US$240{% /underline %} per year for 1 user (*equivalent: US$20 per month*)

- New price: **{% highlight%}US$31.25{% /highlight %}** per month for 1 user (*equivalent: US$375 per year*)

**For existing customers**: This new pricing will {% underline %}only apply to the **next billing of your renewal cycle**{% /underline %}.

- Such as, next monthly or yearly billing of your subscription plan

## Why it matters?

**The {% underline %}why{% /underline %}**: Since we first monetized in 2021, we have not changed our pricing. As a result, we made a ***difficult but necessary*** decision to adjust our pricing.

- The price adjustment is timely for us as we manage rising operational costs, as well as to uphold service quality, while we continue to grow our business
